  • Yes, we can absolutely run your ads for you. If you're not familiar with running your own traffic, we can produce your video ads as well as run and manage all of your traffic.

  • We have produced many ads and videos over the years, and while we do have a VERY high success rate with our ads, we cannot guarantee that every ad we produce will convert better than your last. We will work with you to make adjustments, but 99% of the time, we have found that when an ad isn't performing well, it's not the creative itself, it's something after the ad. For example the targeting, the ad copy, the follow up, or the funnel.

  • We have a two-step revision process.

    Firstly, we will send you a Google Doc with your video script. You can add comments or make changes directly in the doc. Once we have your approval, then we can create the ad.

    Secondly, we will send you a Vimeo Review link with the first version of your video ad. In the Vimeo Review Page, click anywhere in the video and write your revisions notes. Please consolidate your notes so our team can work on them all at once.

  • Yes, we can make additional changes to your video ads months after we’ve completed the project. Each additional round of revisions is between $199-$399 depending on the scope and complexity. These revisions are generally minor edits to specific video clips, logos, copy, music, etc.

    If you have extensive revision requests that will change the original video ad by more than 25%, then you will need to purchase a new video ad package.

  • Yes, we will fix minor parts of your video ad for FREE—specific copy, video clips, or photos—to ensure that your video ad complies with the advertising standards of the platform you are running ads on.

    However, any revision requests beyond general compliance will be charged our usual rate of $199-$399 depending on the scope and complexity of the video ad.

  • Yes! You can purchase the complete project files per video ad (pricing dependent on the length and type of video ad).

    These project files may include files from the Adobe Creative Cloud suite—Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, etc. You will need your own license to open and edit these files.

    These project files may also include stock assets from various websites including stock footage, photos, graphic templates, fonts, video templates, and music. Although you can use these assets within the provided ALLY VISUAL MEDIA project files, you will need to purchase your own license from various stock websites if you decide to use each asset for a separate project.

  • Yes, we have a white-label service. Please email Info@AllyVisualMedia.com and we’ll be happy to discuss it further with you.

  • Each new video ad takes between 1-4 weeks to complete.

    We take care of the research, copywriting, and creative design of each ad, but we do need your involvement during each stage of our 2-step approval process. If your responses to our Slack messages or emails are delayed, then that will extend the time it takes to make your ad.
